There are surely many hidden gems hidden along stretches of shophouses like this!
Jalan Kayu is well-known for its little eateries just like Upper Thomson road.
Have been surfing the web and chanced upon the list of "Best Chocolate Cakes in Singapore".
So I was determined to try one of it which was almost on all the lists I saw...
Jane's Cake Station!
There are no seats available because they only produce one whole cake size for take-away only.
Also, only two flavours are available.
The Chocolate Fudge Cake as well as the Durian one.
Do take note of the opening hours of the bakery because I went once and wasn't aware it was closed on a Wednesday.
So do google/phone them if you want to get a cake from here!
I got the smallest standard size one at the price of $36.
Look at this glorious cake.
Fortunately, mister lives nearby which was why I decided to get one. hehe

Love at first bite?
Definitely.
Nothing can go wrong with Chocolate Fudge cake except that this slice over here just leaves you craving for more!
Why?
Because it's unlike the others in which the chocolaty taste overwhelms you.
The sweetness is just nice and you won't get sick of the taste.
I gobbled down two slices without reaching for any water.
Mister loves it too. Yay!
That softness texture and taste is unforgettable.
