Found this cafe at Kovan area and decided to check it out.
The cafe is only a 5 minutes walk from the Mrt station.
Reached there with my foodie partner at around 11 plus in the morning and we were surprised to see the cafe full house. So we had to wait a little while before it's our turn.
I am glad we didn't have to wait long for our turn to come cause' there weren't any form of entertainment nearby.
The place was relatively small.
After settling down, we took our orders as we were pretty hungry after the wait.
The service was good as one of the waitress actually noticed and helped us with the plain water which was meant to be self-service.
Thumbs up!
Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte ($6)
Pretty decent but nothing special to shout about.
Hot Mocha ($5) if I am not wrong.
Avocado Eggs Benedict ($15)
I am surprised that the portion given was quite generous!
Everything should blend well together for a good brunch. ^^

Mushroom & Cheese Toast ($10)
And yup, this portion is equally generous as well.
My companion couldn't finish everything though.
And we were both too full for any space for desserts. D:

Overall, I think the the price paid is reasonable and wallet-friendly.
However, it might not be a great place for chilling due to the size of the cafe.
There are still people waiting outside for their turn when we finished our meals.
They are practically staring at your every action till your very last bite. Geez.
Therefore, be sure to check with the friendly staff to see how long you'll have to wait if you see a crowd waiting outside the cafe!
